Packing your goods for a new move {household, offices or stores}

If you are planning to shift your house or store in a new location, Then this article will help you for making it more easy.

Relocation always is a time taking and stressful task because it have a process to move like listing of all those goods that you will take with you at your new location then Packing of those items and that is very important to pack with safety, then for loading of all those packed goods for moving then after unloading and unpacking for rearrange of goods in your new home. At Least four weeks before of your moving date you should start planning and packing for your new move which will save your time, money and reduce lots of stress. If you are going to do this all alone or with your family then you should start collecting newspaper and packing boxes at least a month before your shifting date. Supermarkets shops and small stores usually have packing boxes that comes with there selling items, it is useful to ask them to save some for you or you can buy from them.

1. Now start with making a list :- of all those items that you will going to take with you in your new home, make it simple and clean it should have 5 columns label

them with Item, quantity, packed, moved and checked these five columns will help you to understand what you have, how much quantity a particular item has for e.g. let's take you were packing your crockery set then in your list under name columns write crockery and how much items you have in your crockery set and then under quantity mention how many each item you having in your set, then after when you packed your crockery set mark it under packed column and when you were loading your household for moving mark it under moved column and finally when you unload household goods at your new location mark them under checked column.

2. Now while Packing and loading :- Think about items you might use such as dish soap, a sponge, a roll of paper towels, a couple pens, plastic/paper plates/forks,

bath towels for each family member etc because these type of items are in daily use, so pack them and label them remember to label each packed box and put no. so that it will make easy to know how much boxes you have and also this will assist the movers for putting the boxes in the correct format while loading them, check your list when the movers are loading them into your new place. In this way, if a box goes missing, you can easily identify which number it is and what is containing.

3. Now finally unloading and unpacking items :- Professionals packers and movers try to organize the truck by room items to make unpacking easier. Make sure you properly wrap all sensitive items (plates, mirrors, picture frames, etc) in several layers of bubble wrap or bubble paper. So that these items will be safe.
